No wonder it was so crowded, huh? :) I personally can't stand crowds, but some of the bargains are too good to pass up!<BR/>In regards to interval training, you can do it by varying the intensity, such as changing resistance or speed. You can increase the incline on the treadmill, or changes speeds.
